Our shutdowns are multi-week, multi shift operations involving as many as 500 tradesmen.
Our experienced supervisors and planners can develop detailed strategies and schedules for large shutdowns right down to the size of the crew and the number of hours required to perform each activity. For all projects, we use either PrimaVera P6 or Microsoft Project Manager Software to develop and maintain the schedule.
