At CSM we excel in planning the work and then working the plan. We do this through a number of programs that internally audit our progress and continuously measures performance against the target of Zero Incidents.
CSM achieved 100% compliance for the second year in a row on the Industrial Educational Co-operative (IEC) Safety Management Assessment. This is a third party audit which analyze the O.H.S.A. regulations and best industry practices.
Our WSIB experience rating factor is amongst the best in the province.
