Canadian Structural & Mechanical Ltd. (CSM) started out in 1990 as a small Maintenance company and has grown to become a full service Industrial Contractor. Our core workforce is made up of approximately 200 dedicated men and women. We have the infrastructure to exceed 500 employees when needed during shutdowns.
Our services include Structural Steel Components, Mechanical Piping Systems, Heaters and Boilers, Project Management, Planning, Supervision, Field Checking, Hot Tap Welding and Refrigeration Systems. Our labour force of Pipefitters, Boilermakers and Ironworkers safely deliver a quality service to the refinery, pipeline construction and maintenance service sectors. CSM has a long-standing reputation of providing a safe and unparalleled level of Quality, driven by the commitment of minimal disruption to production.
Last year, we surpassed the milestone of 2,000,000 man-hours without a lost time injury. We are the only mechanical contractor in the area that can boast this achievement. Further, we have been awarded the 2006 Imperial Oil Contractor's Safety Award for Outstanding Contribution for Safety Improvements.
